RETURN POLICY:

We make every effort to assure top quality and satisfaction with all your purchases. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 14 days from date your parcel was delivered (noted on tracking) for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and restocking fee). Return items to:

Your refund will be credited back to the account used for purchase, after the item(s) are received in the same condition in which you received them (such as free of odors [such as perfume, smoke, etc.] or indications of having been altered or worn).

 A 10% restocking fee is charged on all returns to defray the actual costs incurred in receiving, sanitizing, and processing the item(s) back into inventory. Customers assume return postage costs, using a secure, traceable, insured method. Please note that our FREE SHIPPING offer applies to original delivery to you only. Sorry, K2 MINERALS  does not accept COD returns.
 
Non-Returnable Items: 

•         Items discounted at 20% or more are priced for clearance and are non-returnable.
•         Items identified as non-returnable in their descriptions.
•         Clothing items.
•         Items that have been altered, used, or worn after purchase.
•         Items returned with odors (such as perfume, smoke, etc.).
•         Items purchase more than 30 days prior to the date of return.
